Our goal is to keep the "health" in health club and do our part to not only provide the latest in exercise equipment and knowledge, but also to ensure your health and well being in case of an emergency. Our staff and trainers are certified in infant, child and adult CPR and we just installed and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

Spinning, or indoor group cycling, is one of the best ways to burn calories. We know it is not easy when you are starting out to reach to your fitness goals, so we have introduced Spinning, a class where you can feel comfortable learning all the basics & get a great cardio workout while doing so. Take the class for a month, six months, a year! Just enjoy, have fun and let us help you achieve your goals!
