We have one of the largest free weight and resistance machine areas around. A team of Professional Personal Trainers and a Group X schedule that includes Zumba, Yoga, Group Cycling, Pilates, Kickboxing and Club Spin. Friendly and honest staff will answer all your questions and make it easy for you to get started. You can also sign up on-line if you prefer.
